Judgement prevents creation. Your creative potential is limited when focus is placed on the things not desired by you. If you do not desire something, that does not make it bad but simply something that is not meant to be part of your human experience.
Examples:
Bible:
Matthew Chapter 7: 1-5
1 Do not judge, or you too will be judged.
2 For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged, and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
3 Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?
4 How can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when all the time there is a plank in your own eye?
5 You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.
Luke Chapter 6: 37-42
37 Do not judge, and you will not be judged. Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.
38 Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.
39He also told them this parable: 'Can the blind lead the blind? Will they not both fall into a pit?'
40 The student is not above the teacher, but everyone who is fully trained will be like their teacher.
41 Why do you look at the speck of sawdust in your brother’s eye and pay no attention to the plank in your own eye?
42 How can you say to your brother, ‘Brother, let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when you yourself fail to see the plank in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the plank out of your eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.
John Chapter 8: 1-15
1:Jesus went unto the mount of Olives.
4 They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.
5 Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?
8 And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.
11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.
13 The Pharisees therefore said unto him, Thou bearest record of thyself; thy record is not true.
15 Ye judge after the flesh; I judge no man.
James Chapter 4: 11-12
11 Brothers and sisters, do not slander one another. Anyone who speaks against a brother or sister or judges them speaks against the law and judges it. When you judge the law, you are not keeping it, but sitting in judgment on it.
12 There is only one Lawgiver and Judge, the one who is able to save and destroy. But you—who are you to judge your neighbor?
Galatians 6: 1-6
1 Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught in a sin, you who live by the Spirit should restore that person gently. But watch yourselves, or you also may be tempted.
2 Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.
3 If anyone thinks they are something when they are not, they deceive themselves.
4 Each one should test their own actions. Then they can take pride in themselves alone, without comparing themselves to someone else,
5 for each one should carry their own load.
6Nevertheless, the one who receives instruction in the word should share all good things with their instructor.
May prevent you from experiencing your true self.
The guide to your original purpose.
Quieting your mind to experience oneness.
Separation from the creator.
